I hop to try some Wessex tubas at some point (Mahler, Anton, Wyvern, Elgar, Gnagey & Tubby).
I was wondering about their shank size.
Is it the same for all their models ? What size is it ?
My current mouthpiece is a Perantucci PT-84 (large euro shank) and I would prefer to try other tubas with the same mouthpice, but if it's not the right shank size there is no point...

PT shank is sort of in between American/standard shank and true large Euro. It should work in those instruments no problem.

You will find very few instances of the mouthpiece not fitting at all (bottoming out), unless you are playing on an old Alexander or other Kaiser receiver instrument, or an old Besson/Boosey & Hawkes/old American Eb with bass trombone-sized receiver. Outside of those instances, the difference is just a matter of a couple of millimeters. I use an American shank mouthpiece in this Rudolf Meinl CC which has a euro receiver. It goes in a few millimeters more but still seats fine.

All that to say, your PT will work in a Wessex.

Yes, but I found the difference between a DW 3L huge compared to the PT.
My tuba was very hard to play with the DW: unfocused and sucking a lot of air. When I tried the PT it was instant win, and it never faded.
