I wonder what the condition of the valves is. Probably needs a valve job… Cool horn nonetheless in what looks like okay condition

Looking around here, I believe (for me) it needs to remain an image consisting of zeros and ones...
Though it looks quite nice, I believe I have enough of those things.

Ah, yes! Great looking tuba for its age. Hmmm. Keeping in mind the code-words from the posted page of the catalog, does the tuba still have the same, smooth, fudge-like tone it did when it was new?

Even though I never played one either model, but if it's as good or better than King 1241's / Kanstul 33T's... My soul... WANTS IT. But, I already have my 4/4 CC tuba soooo what am I going to do with it.
Plus, eventually, some time in the future, possibly, I'd like to make an upright bell for the King 1281 Pit tuba.
And mmmmmaaaaaaaaayyyybbbbeeee get a new valve cluster and get the bugle cut down for the super flat SA Eb tuba that I have. Or just get a proper Eb tuba, possibly, maybe, and leave the SA tuba as it is.
I hope it finds a happy home, especially if they can restore it to its former glory.
Very fitting and a classic

I've got one just like it. It looks to have "USN" engraved on bell just below the logo. It's maybe the best BBb I've ever owned including B&S, king 2341, vintage Conns, St Pete, York. I wish I were closer.
