Needs some work, but the price is right. It could be fixed/prettied up relatively easy, and be a very nice sousa afterwards.

Tempting . . . I started out on one of those, and played it for a number of years . . . . Figures it's in TX, since I moved out of there recently . . . :-( :-(

Memphis State University marched with those until maybe sometime in the 1990s.
Something else that could be done with that would be to do a transplant on a 38k body with hopelessly leaky valves.

This is the older style with more fiberglass/less brass tubing in the bugle.
I'd want to see the valves before considering it.
