I have a student who needs a tuba. This student has NO money, Is there anyone out there that has a BBb rotary (186-type) tuba they would be willing to donate.
Thanks!
Tony C

Re: Tube needed
Found this one on eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/157196887169?_ ... R67Ak7yKZg
I used to play with a gentleman who had one of these, and he sounded surprisingly good on it. OK, it's not free, but within crowdfunding range.
Otherwise, you might look for a B&S 101 under its many stencil names, they often go for cheap.
Good luck!

@tclements
ITEA has a borrow a tuba program by application for students in need.
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI ... g/viewform
Student does have to be a member of ITEA it appears, but contact Bryan Doughty about this as if a teacher could apply.

Re: Tube needed
Guess I should feel lucky that my schools provided tubas. Good luck, Tony.

Re: Tuba needed
Did they apply to the ITEA loan a horn program?
