... I haven't played it, but I can say that it's damn hard to make them look this symmetrical, particularly the C version.

People take them apart and put them back together numerous times to try to get them to look right.

Great job.

1971 186-5U CC

Fantastic mechanical condition. ZERO dents. Unlacquered brass. No hard case. Blue Miraphone gig bag in excellent condition. No mouthpiece.

$5,500

Same deal: contact me! We can work out something. I need the money soon. So act now and smile about it for the next twenty years of your career!
Wade. I just drove an 18 hour round trip to Pittsburgh to buy a horn. Why are you tempting me to now drive a 43 hour round trip to Mississippi by offering this one at a ridiculous no-brainer price?

 :tuba: :tuba:

It takes me 11 hours of busting my ass (at night, when there's less traffic) to get from where I live about an hour east of downtown Memphis to Pittsburgh, which is about the closest city in Pennsylvania to where I live. It then takes me the next day to physically recover from the ordeal.

Google estimates the drive time from where he lives just as he describes for a round trip to Yazoo City... and that's with no rests, no stops for gas, and no stops to pee.

Sorry, I removed that info when I was getting weird PMs from a scammer/spammer a few months ago. I’m on the eastern side of Connecticut, about 30 minutes from the Rhode Island border. A fair piece away!

I apologize. :smilie4:
He and I have chatted on the phone and via texting from time to time and I guess I make the mistake of assuming that other people know people and - as much about them - as I do.

By the way, Wade, if I'm remembering correctly he's originally from Kentucky, so he's actually a real person - you know: with thoughts and feelings.
