a short-action short...

Post by humBell »

So i have played me a 2X J/K a time or two.

And i've even taken some short jaunts on the Holton short-action tuba/sousa, but i can't say i've really played a Buescher short-action.

Anyone know how they behave?

I expect it's like asking for the moon if anyone here had one they would part with, but i suppose it never hurts to ask, eh.

(there may be a project sousa i pestered someone about... if anything comes of it, i'll report back... The strange thing is the bell collar was about that of a Martin mammoth, which before noting that, i didn't know any other sousa that shared that size. But i could be miss remembering it...)
