Selling a GEWA Side Protection System gig bag, as it doesn't fit any of my instruments. It's for tall tubas (42"-45" or 106-114cm) with a bell under 20" (50cm). New these go for $550. These are super sturdy and protective.

Unfortunately this isn't the right size for my horn, or i'd be super interested!
I'm curious though, what did you think of that top carrying handle? It looks super flimsy in photos i've seen. also, i never loved that it looks like you slide it past a zipper track on each side, did you ever fear you were going to scratch the horn?

I've found that the handle is super sturdy, I've never felt like it's going to come undone. The flap that covers the side zippers clips in physically and magnetically, so there's redundancy. It's never scratched anything.
