I'm selling my Eastman 836S 6/4 CC tuba with the Eastman hard case. It has a silver plated gold brass leadpipe installed by Southeastern Music in Huntsville. There are a few small dents and scrapes from its use as a daily driver.
I’ve used this instrument in the La Grange Symphony, Fayetteville Symphony, and the South Carolina Philharmonic, and it has been excellent. My colleagues have all liked the sound of this tuba, and it made the job easy.
I have a second silver 836, and I don’t need two. I would prefer not to ship this instrument.
Instrument and case are in Huntsville, AL. $8750. I'm willing to take a little off if you come to Huntsville to pick it up.
