New Parts and Leadpipe Options

Post by RoseCityInstruments »

Hi all,

Thank you to all of you that keep contacting me for things, I really cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of your support! I wanted to let you know that I have just discovered an affordable source for Euro Shank receivers. Many mouthpiece receivers here that say they are Euro shank aren't really 100% Euro shank, they are kind of in-between sizes. These receivers are nickel, come in a wide range of ID's so that they can fit almost any leadpipe without having to adjust the pipe's OD much at all. I can offer these at $90, plus shipping.

Additionally, I have found a great source that is making leadpipes that are exact replicas of the CSO York #2 leadpipe (very large starting and ending points, not a lot of taper in the tube), as well as a Yamaha York model leadpipe (much more taper than the CSO York pipe). I am currently putting a Yamaha York leadpipe on an Eastman 836CC, and I will update you with the results on both of those.

Any questions on anything, please let me know. Thanks so much!
