If you're buying, I would try to pick up the tuba in-person and pay by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal once you have the tuba in your hands and you shake on it. If you're buying from a reputable shop, they can accept card or wire transfer. Be able to attach a name, face, and verifiable online/in-person ...

I've found that the handle is super sturdy, I've never felt like it's going to come undone. The flap that covers the side zippers clips in physically and magnetically, so there's redundancy. It's never scratched anything.

Selling this Jürgen Voigt practice mute for F tuba, as I'm looking for something a bit more compact. New the mute is $350 with the carrying case/stand being another $200, so I'm selling the two together for $400. It's in like-new condition. Will trade + cash for a Schlipf mute in size #2. Local ...

Selling a GEWA Side Protection System gig bag, as it doesn't fit any of my instruments. It's for tall tubas (42"-45" or 106-114cm) with a bell under 20" (50cm). New these go for $550. These are super sturdy and protective.

Local pickup preferred (DC area), can ship at buyer's expense.
