This is what i use with my 983 and BB-345: Laskey 32H US

At the army tuba workshop, I tried out a bunch of mouthpieces and really liked these two but didnt buy:

Greg Black NY Legend 18 (really clear, lots of presence, great response)

Parker Benjamin 2A (warmer/rounder sound).

Yes that's a handsome tuba

I dont think I'll have any issue receiving a refund. I was hoping that Id receive it, like it good enough, and tell my students to buy them

Update on trombone order #2:

We wanted to inform you that the seller of your order is no longer active on Amazon.com.

If you are expecting an order and you do not receive it within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, or if you have any other issue with your order, please report the problem ...

My trombone order was shipped via china post with no mention of anyone else actually delivering it.

Just got my refund approved. But there is still supposed to be another in early October. Vanishingly unlikely.

I also ordered a satin brass trumpet with hard case and weighted mouthpiece and leadpipe that looks vaguely like one of those boutique horns. On Amazon. Used like new. $70. Will also be a ...

The update is that it is marked as delivered but... nope. Amazon says to give it 48 hours more in case it shows up before disputing.

Day 3 of tracking saying its getting delivered today and... not.

Tracking says its out for delivery today... but it said thT yesterday too

I have not benn able to get them working well with my school euphoniums. Not sure what to do.

Ive ordered two. The first is supposed to arrive by 11 SEP. The second one early October. Might be a scam. If nothing comes, I'll ask for a refund.

Not helpful answer:

I had a 3302 in high school 06-10

Yesterday, someone bought a Sellmansburger mouthpiece from me. It was a local sale. Its for his new Cimbasso. He's the 3rd (or 4th?) owner of the mouthpiece. It is one of those silver plated brass with stainless rim ones

I don't have the greatest ear for intonation... but I got a lot better starting around 2019 when I got a class set of ukuleles and tuned them several times a day... and now reach beginning orchestra classes has only helped more. That's the convertible one, right?

I think I see the screw near the receiver now...

Regardless, apologies for the three missing Js.
