Navy Band San Diego.

Since it was part of the process, I worked on sight reading prior to auditioning for a Navy Fleet band in 1982. For the next four years we played mostly the same music.

Up for sale is a very nice John Packer Sterling F 4/4 Tuba (JP379FF).

As you can see in the pictures, the horn is in very good cosmetic condition. It is a great playing tuba. All of the slides move, and the valves are fast, smooth, and quiet.
