This is a Big Mouth Brass (BMB) 6/4 CC in silver plate. Five valves with the fifth valve dependent, located in the fourth valve tubing.
These tubas were made in China at the behest of Dick Barth, who based the design on a cut Holton 6/4 CC, so it exhibits some of those same intonation tendencies ...
