The model certainly looks a lot like a Yamaha.

And that Yamaha model certainly looks a lot like a York. Were you trying to make a point?

No. I was just trolling for people who are easily triggered.
Did I find one? :teeth:

They're great 6/4 CC tubas, but at the end of the day, it's a 6/4 CC tuba.

I really like my 836. It's a very good tuba. It plays well in tune and relatively efficiently given its size. I've got nothing but compliments for how I sound on it in large ensembles. It's also not the right tool for every ...

I'm selling my Eastman 836S 6/4 CC tuba with the Eastman hard case. It has a silver plated gold brass leadpipe installed by Southeastern Music in Huntsville. There are a few small dents and scrapes from its use as a daily driver.

I’ve used this instrument in the La Grange Symphony, Fayetteville ...

I ended up just buying one from Wessex.

photo link isn't working

I've played on this one; it's as good as mine, just about as close to point-and-shoot intonation as you could get. Whoever ends up with this one will have a great smallish cc tuba. I use my instrument in chamber music, and it's such an easy fit.

Is the picture supposed to be a Shires trumpet?

The subject is pretty self-explanatory. Silver is preferable, but not a must. I'm going to buy one soon and wanted to see if anyone wanted to offload theirs before I buy new.

Sorry, it’s sold

Bump! This is a great playing euphonium at a great price.

THE 2025-2025 KING'S BRASS AUDITIONS

The King's Brass -- three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, keyboards and percussion --"the best in brass." From New York to Michigan, from Chicago to Florida, from Washington, DC to Georgia -- this 47th Anniversary ...

I purchased it about a year ago, rescuing it from a public school(thus the cosmetic damage). The case has been replaced with the Marcus Bonna-style John Packer case. The lacquer is spotty, but it would be hard to tell from the audience's perspective. There are some dents from the previous owner, but ...

$100 audition deposit...for a $4500 job.

If anyone denies that The Fed has printed so much de facto counterfeit money over the post four years that our currency is now worth no more than half the previous (with the value of it continuing to diminish quickly) you need not only look at butter, eggs ...

Anybody know who won?

After 35 years they are closing up shop. And here I was, stupidly hoping that they would stop with all the STUPID feature additions and for once… JUST ONCE… focus on fixing some decades-old bugs that have pissed off the professional user base forever.

Nope.

I have used Finale since version 2.5 ...

Annual expected earnings $150,000 – $165,000

Will that get me a nice apartment within walking distance of the opera house?

Will the Met provide me with a suitable gown to wear to the gala?

Do I need a 6/4 CC tuba?

Can I sit on stage with the singers?

Are the singers paid more than I will be ...

Do you sell many Holton 345s?

The silver plate does look great! -bump-

bump for price drop and new pictures
