Historically makers made tubas in medium, full size, and large with different trade names like monster, mammoth, giant, medium which were other words for 3/4, 4/4, and 5/4, however when hirsbrunner made a size larger than their kaiser tuba in their line they referred to it as a 6/4 size if i ...

York Model 716, there are no price guides for old tubas, but the last public sale of one I saw was 3500 in great shape.

I have a Buescher jumbo sousaphone from 1925-26 - neck is custom made by Martin Wilk, uses conn bits, bell has a few wrinkles from dent work, few patches on the valve set tubing which doesn't effect the aesthetics or playing - 3000 USD

Always check the profile. If there are no posts and just created, avoid. If they do have posts, check the details, the account could have been hacked. Check their other items for sale...if too many too good to be true posts across industry....avoid.
